Andrew Harvey has written some really interesting lectures. I have discussed in length, many of the very same ideas like 'The Direct Path'. I can't remember who this quote is by but it's something like ~ "It's not the destination that matters, it's the journey". I don't understand when people say, "I just want to be 'there' already". Be where already? And what do you suppose you'll do once everything on that imaginary list is complete and your standing at the 'there' moment? Possibly bored out of your brains and already constructing another list. Do you think that life will stop at that perceived moment and pat you on the shoulder? You have to allow yourself to pat YOU on the shoulder NOW. There will always be something to contend with no matter what life we have chosen; we're living, we're breathing, the world is moving around us. It's all in the perception because as the post below states, we already ARE THERE. We are what we seek - it's all inside us.
Many blessings, Kris
